​After a decade of dedicated study and refinement, Manny and his wife, Jen, perfected their roasting process to craft exceptional coffee beans. With the support of their family, Lempira Coffee Roasters was founded in 2021. We take great pride in carefully selecting our bean sources, ensuring each batch delivers a fresh, flavorful cup of coffee. Every roast is thoughtfully tested to highlight the natural flavor profiles of the beans at their best. The name "Lempira" honors a city in Honduras where Manny spent his childhood summers, and our beloved rooster, Lempira, has since become the face of our brand.
