 After a decade Manny and his wife Jen studied and perfected their roasting process to deliver top quality beans. With the help of the rest of the family Lempira Coffee Roasters was born in 2021. We take pride in meticulously selecting our bean sources to deliver fresh and tasteful cups of coffee in every batch. Every coffee we roast is tried and tested to make sure the best of the natural bean flavor profiles are brought out.  The name Lempira comes from a city in Honduras that Manny spent his childhood summers in. We named our beloved rooster Lempira who has become the face of the brand.
